Man Ting Park is called the "Royal Garden". In order to promote the development of tourism culture, the park has taken "building cultural brands and creating image messengers" as a long-term systematic project for many years. 105 The actors come from remote villages in counties (cities), and some of them didn't even speak Chinese when they first arrived. In order to improve the quality of the actors, the park specially provided translators for the art troupe, and explained them in the national language during the rehearsal. After three months of training, the actors can confidently step onto the stage and show their style. Yi Han Ying, a native of Haiman Village, Menglong Town, joined the Art Troupe at the age of 17 and served as the captain of the dance team for six years. After joining the dance team, she learned to improvise and sing hymns, and also taught herself Dai language, which improved her comprehensive quality. She once visited Thailand and performed in and out of the province on behalf of our state, becoming the backbone of the art troupe.

Starting from the local culture, Man Ting Park strives to create the tourism image of Xishuangbanna's national culture, making the "Lan Mei Night" bonfire party a well-known tourism brand in our state. Members of the Art Troupe have performed in Southeast Asia, Shanghai, Chongqing, Hangzhou and other provinces and cities on behalf of Yunnan Province and Xishuangbanna. With superb skills, beautiful images and good quality, they play the role of tourism and cultural messengers for promoting Xishuangbanna. During the "May 1" Golden Week, 32 actors from Man Ting Park participated in Kunming International Tourism Festival in China on behalf of our state, and performed on the same stage with the actors from delegations from Bangladesh, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Vietnam and Yunnan 16, which won unanimous praise from guests at home and abroad.
