Candidates are the 2007 fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities and the on-the-job and non-on-the-job personnel who meet the qualification requirements (excluding the 2008 fresh graduates). Candidates should strictly abide by the online registration integrity system, carefully measure the qualifications and fill in the registration form realistically. During the period of open recruitment, if any link finds that candidates do not meet the registration conditions or resort to deceit, the Provincial Local Taxation Bureau has the right to cancel their examination or employment qualifications. After online registration, candidates will be confirmed on-site from 8: 00 to 17: 00 every day from July 6 to 8. During the registration confirmation period, candidates will bring their online registration form, ID card and two recent 1 inch color bareheaded photos (one registration form and one admission ticket) to the designated place to confirm their registration and receive the admission ticket. Examination methods and employment procedures Recruitment is conducted by written examination and interview. (1) written test 1. Written test subjects: administrative professional ability test and computer professional knowledge test. 2. written test time: administrative professional ability test, July 15 (Sunday) 8: 00-9: 30 am; Computer professional knowledge test, July 15 (Sunday), 10: 00- 12: 00 am. 3. written test location: see the admission ticket. The score line for passing the written test is determined by the Provincial Local Taxation Bureau according to the different research grades of provinces, cities, counties (cities) and districts. The written test scores and qualified scores can be inquired through the Liaoning Personnel Information Network and the portal website of Liaoning Provincial Local Taxation Bureau, and the recruitment department will not accept the application for marking. (2) Qualification examination and interview are above the written test scores. According to the ratio of 1: 2 in the job recruitment plan, the candidates who enter the interview are determined from high score to low score. Below the prescribed proportion, according to the actual number of qualified written test calculation. Those who are tied for the written test results of the last interview quota for the recruitment position will participate in the interview. Before the interview, the candidates who entered the interview were qualified. Candidates are required to attend the qualification examination at the designated place at the specified time with their ID card, written test admission ticket, academic certificate, degree certificate and the certificate that the original unit agreed to apply for the exam (provided by social workers). The time and place of the qualification examination can be inquired through Liaoning Personnel Information Network and the portal website of Liaoning Provincial Local Taxation Bureau. Those who pass the qualification examination enter the interview; Those who fail the qualification examination will be disqualified from the interview, and the vacant interview places will be replenished according to the written test scores from high to low. If there are insufficient candidates for the written test scores or above, they will not be replenished; The candidates who are the last interview places for the recruitment position, and those whose written test scores are tied, all participate in the interview. The interview adopts a structured interview method. The interview score is 100, and the qualified score is 60. The written test and interview results are weighted to determine the candidates for physical examination and inspection. The weight ratio of written test scores is 40%, and the weight ratio of interview scores is 60%. The formula of weight score is: weight score = written test score ÷2×40%+ interview score ×60%. According to the weight score, the candidates for physical examination and investigation are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 in the recruitment plan. Weighted results are tied together, and the candidates for physical examination and investigation are determined according to the ranking of interview results from high to low. (3) The physical examination and inspection work shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Physical Examination of National Civil Servants in Liaoning Province. Physical examination shall be conducted in the designated hospital according to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (People's Republic of China (PRC) Ministry of Health [2005]1No.). Those who pass the physical examination and inspection are determined to be candidates to be hired. Due to unqualified medical examination or voluntary abstention of candidates, with the approval of the provincial local taxation bureau, vacancies will be filled from high score to low score.
