Purpose and conditions of introduction:

2. 3. Have a nationally recognized degree and meet other qualifications required for the position to be applied for (if the position requires a degree, it is necessary to provide equivalent academic qualifications; The equivalent academic qualifications mentioned in this "Implementation Plan" and its annexes refer to the degree corresponding to the academic qualifications used by candidates to apply for positions, the same below); The majors and academic qualifications shown on the applicant's diploma must be consistent with the requirements in the position table (only the majors on the degree certificate are regarded as inconsistent with the position table). The applicant's academic qualifications and major must be consistent with the information contained in the foreign academic degree certificate or the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan academic degree certificate issued by Xuexin.com or the Education Service Center of the Ministry of Education, and the degree information of candidates with degree requirements must be consistent with the information contained in the foreign academic degree certificate or the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan academic degree certificate issued by the Academic Degree Network or the Education Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Candidates' qualifications shall be subject to the corresponding conditions that meet the requirements of this implementation plan and position table (if there are multiple academic qualifications, they shall not be used interchangeably).

Some non-medical and health posts with bachelor's degree and no intermediate or above titles are only introduced to some universities (see Annex 3 for the list of universities) (except for posts in township institutions), and those with master's degree or above are not required by institutions.

4. (2) The following persons shall not be registered

5. Those who have received criminal punishment (or reeducation through labor) for crimes (including those who are serving sentences).

6. Participating in or supporting cult, pornography, drug abuse, gambling, superstition, theft, fraud and other activities; Serious violation of professional ethics, social morality and family virtues.

7. Suspected of violating the law and discipline is under review.

8. Persons who have been recognized by the people's court as untrustworthy enforcers or those who have been recognized by the relevant administrative departments of the government as having serious illegal and untrustworthy behaviors.

9. For the fresh graduates of specific industries or units, the number of school teachers' special post planners in rural compulsory education stage is less than one session (3 years) as of June 65438+1October 0, 2023.

10. Civil servants of Qiandongnan Prefecture, staff of institutions managed according to the Civil Service Law, official cadres of institutions (except workers) and those who have resigned for less than 6 months (the calculation time is as of this registration time).

13. Does not meet the relevant qualifications required for the recruitment position.
