I want to work in Shenzhen. I wonder which place is the best in Shenzhen?

I have here a job-hunting guide for Shenzhen, which I believe will be helpful to you:

Shenzhen Job-hunting Guide

Author: Forest of Shenzhen

Before I knew it, I had been working in Shenzhen for more than a year. When I went to Bao 'an North Road Talent Market for on-site recruitment last month, I was deeply touched by a sea of job seekers. I wanted to be an experienced person and should be a new job seeker.

As for Shenzhen, since last year, online reports about Shenzhen have been mostly negative. In fact, as a person who has worked in Shenzhen for more than one year, it is not wrong to choose Shenzhen. If you are going to look for a job and your future in a young and passionate city like Shenzhen, congratulations, at least not everyone has the courage to go to a city like Shenzhen to find their own future, nor can everyone be here. The key now is to work hard and persistently to do what you should do.

To make it clear, actually, there are two versions of the Shenzhen Job-hunting Guide online, and there are two corresponding books offline, Shenzhen Job-hunting Guide and Shenzhen Job-hunting Collection. I have listed the URLs of the two versions for your reference. As for the two books, maybe you can try to buy them in the bookstore in Shenzhen. I think all the authors have the same purpose, hoping to provide some help to every job seeker who comes to Shenzhen.

As for the job seekers referred to in this article, it is almost a case that they have at least a junior college degree (or a lower degree, but have some work experience), are not over 3 years old, do not have much money in their pockets, and their understanding of Shenzhen is only described by the media or friends and classmates.

Well, read this article carefully. I hope you can know more about job hunting and avoid detours. For the sake of convenience, it is introduced in several aspects:

(1) Border Pass

Before coming to Shenzhen, there is a problem that must be paid attention to in advance, that is, the pass for running the border management area (commonly known as the border defense card). Without the border defense card, foreigners cannot enter Shenzhen. Shenzhen is composed of six districts, Futian, Luohu, Nanshan and Yantian constitute the customs, and Longgang and Baoan are the customs. You need to show your border card when you enter the customs. Although you don't check your border card now (it is rumored that Shenzhen may cancel it in a while), it's better to prepare a border card. If it's convenient for you to apply for a permit in your hometown, go to the local public security bureau, or simply do it. When you arrive at the pass (when you enter Shenzhen from other places, you mainly pass through the three checkpoints of Tongle, Nantou and Buji), you can just queue up at the pass with your ID card. Two yuan is valid for one year, which is very simple. Don't trust those people outside the pass who claim that they don't need documents to take you through the pass. It is still a trivial matter to spend more money, and some people are robbed because of it. If it happens that you don't have your ID card with you, you can only take a chance. Don't get off at the pass, and pretend to be confident in the car. Maybe you can get away with it. If you arrive in Shenzhen by boat, plane or train, you usually don't check the border defense card, and some direct luxury buses are basically not checked.

Anyway, if you want to stay in Shenzhen, if you don't have a Shenzhen hukou, you can apply for a temporary residence permit. If you find it troublesome, you can only apply for a border card, so at least you don't have to worry about the inspection of armed police soldiers every time you enter the customs. As for the temporary residence permit, usually no one checks it. My own temporary residence permit has always been used as a border guard card, but sometimes I don't have my ID card with me, and the temporary residence permit can play the role of half an ID card. Sometimes when I go to an interview, the security guard will ask the visitors to register, and I can also use a temporary residence permit. (Shenzhen's temporary residence permit is IC card type, and the handling fee is 15 yuan, because it is very difficult for a job seeker to provide many certificates when handling it. Here's a tip for spending money to do things. You can generally handle temporary residence permits when you go to a formal photo-taking place, and even the photo-taking fee plus other fees is usually 6 yuan, and you can usually get a temporary residence permit in about 2 days. )

(2) Accommodation and dining

After arriving in Shenzhen, the first thing is to settle down, that is, to find a place to live. There are only a few forms: one is to contact friends or classmates who are already in Shenzhen to stay, the other is to stay in a hotel, and the other is to rent a house by themselves. I don't need to explain the first one. I will talk about the latter two here, because it is to find a job in Shenzhen, and it is best to live in Baoan, Shenzhen. Because Bao 'an North Road is a talent market distribution center in Shenzhen, there are large and small talent markets and employment agencies along this road, which is simply a talent distribution center. Living around here, you can save time and transportation expenses by going to the job market every day. There are a large number of ten-yuan shops around here. You can easily find many, which are generally safe. Of course, you should be careful not to live in black shops. Ten-yuan shops generally have no business licenses, and Shenzhen has been cleaning them up, but because of their low prices, they are always closed and opened in batches. However, for cash-strapped job seekers, ten-yuan shops are a good choice. These places are generally in residential areas. Many people can often stay in a room. If you look patiently, you can still find one for eight yuan or five yuan a night. If you pay more, you may have a single room or something. In short, if you are looking for a job, just have a place to live. It should be noted that valuables should never be put in your room, but you should take them with you. When you sleep at night, you should also take care of your belongings. Thieves are everywhere, which is something you must pay attention to in Shenzhen.

If you feel that the hotel is not very good, you can consider renting your own house to stay first. The price of renting a house is divided into many kinds, which varies greatly according to the geographical location and type of the house. The residential houses should be at least 5 yuan, and the rural houses are lower. There are several places where rural houses are concentrated in Shenzhen, such as Qingshuihe, Hubei, Huang Beiling, Shuibei, Nigang, Tian Xin and Sungang in Luohu District. Futian is mainly in Shangsha, Xiasha, Xinzhou, Gangxia, Zhuzilin, Shangmeilin, Xiameilin and other places, and Nanshan is mainly in Baishizhou and Dachong. If you want a place with a lower house price, you have to live outside the customs. The rental prices near Meilinguan and Bujiguan in Shenzhen are lower, but you need to take a bus to the customs, which will delay some time. Bujiguan will have traffic jams almost every day. Let me remind you first. If you want to rent a house near the talent market, you can consider Nigang Village and Sungang Village, or live south near Guiyuan Road and Baoan South Road. The houses with 3 yuan -5 yuan are rented, but they are usually wooden houses, that is, rooms separated by wooden boards. You only need to pay attention to the rental advertisements posted on the wall to find such houses. You don't need an intermediary, you don't need an introduction fee, and you usually pay one month's rent, one month's deposit or a little water and electricity deposit. If you want to find a shared room, you can find it online. The flea market in the window of Shenzhen and Shenzhen Renting Room 16 (website: www.zf16.com, www.sz.net.cn), if you think that the price of renting a room can't afford it, Shenzhen's specialized bed rental is generally around 2 yuan. You can minimize your accommodation expenses in Shenzhen.

As for dining, the catering service industry in Shenzhen is quite developed, and there are catering service organizations of various grades. For example, Jiawang Fast Food and Pasta King are relatively regular restaurant chain drinking organizations, which are at least safe in terms of hygiene. Of course, the prices are generally above 6-8 yuan. There are fast foods with two prices of 5 yuan and 1 yuan in the talent market, and there are fast foods with around 3 yuan in the industrial zone of Bagua Road nearby. If you live in a 1-yuan store, Generally, fast food is sold for about 35 yuan, and you can also go to a nearby supermarket to buy food. The main home and logistics distribution center near Baoan North Road, the trust-mart at the intersection of Bagua Second Road and the Xinyijia supermarket near Sungang Village bus station are convenient for shopping.

(III) Channels for job hunting

In Shenzhen, there are mainly the following channels for you to choose from.

1. Looking for jobs through the talent market or employment agencies, Shenzhen's talent market can be divided into several categories, mainly including: Shenzhen Talent Market, which is located on the fifth floor of Shenzhen Talent Exchange Service Center Building on Bao 'an North Road. Sometimes there are many employment units, and there will be units arranged on the seventh floor. Tickets are for 5 yuan/time. All people need to buy tickets and enter the venue with tickets. If they arrive at noon, they don't need to buy tickets. However, most enterprises have already filled their positions. The talent market is open every week from Monday to Saturday, with more than 1, positions provided every day. On Mondays, most enterprises recruit, while on Saturdays, there are fewer job seekers. The excitement can be imagined. The talent market mainly provides occupations such as technicians, business personnel and middle and lower management personnel, and most of the people who enter the market are those with undergraduate or junior college degrees. One-stop service can be provided in the talent market. In addition to the trading hall, dining, photocopying and recruitment procedures are provided on the spot. The recruitment information entrusted by the employer is also posted in the hall, and it is displayed on the electronic big screen. On other floors, there are corresponding service organizations that handle transfer procedures, consultation, diploma verification, enrollment training and counseling with various exams. The recruitment procedures in the talent market are relatively strict, so the units inside are generally credible, and of course there will be untrustworthy enterprises, so job seekers should pay attention to them.

There are also some large and small talent markets around the talent market (the representative one is the talent market in Luohu District) or private employment agencies. The professional information provided is mainly some small service enterprises in business, with low positions and relatively low requirements. The advantage is that the service charge is low. Some people can apply for admission for free, some accept tickets from 1 yuan or 2 yuan, and some people can spend 2 yuan to buy a monthly card, with which they can enter the market every day. For the information in the employment agency, job seekers must be prepared with both hands and be cautious.

In addition to Bao 'an North Road, there are also some talent markets in Shenzhen, such as Nanshan's "Shenzhen Western Human Resources Market", Futian District Talent Service Center, Shenzhen Women's Employment Market, Baoan District's "Baoan Talent Intelligence Market" and so on.

2. By applying for a job through newspapers, there will be corresponding enterprise recruitment information in the newspapers published in Shenzhen every day. Job seekers can pay attention to it, mainly including Shenzhen Special Zone Daily, Shenzhen Business Daily and Southern Metropolis Daily. In addition, there are some job advertisements in the classified advertisements of Crystal Daily and Shenzhen Evening News, but there are not too many general positions. Job seekers can pay more attention to the recruitment information in the newspapers and add one more. For the position that you are interested in in newspapers and periodicals, you should contact immediately, and don't hesitate, otherwise you will lose the opportunity. There are dozens or even dozens of people competing for any regular position in Shenzhen, so at least you should take the lead.

3. It is a trend to apply for a job online. Now more and more job seekers are looking for a job online, which is a good form. At present, the main talent markets in Shenzhen basically have their own websites. Here are a few relatively unspoken job-hunting websites, which will be provided for your reference. Or you can try online job hunting before you come to Shenzhen:

cjol, China: www.cjol.com

Worry-free future: www.51job.com

job88 talent network: www.job88.com

Shenzhen talent market: www.szhr.com

In addition, there are many local enterprise websites in Shenzhen. As far as I'm concerned, I prefer cjol, China, which is a good talent website. I don't remember much about the website in Shenzhen, but cjol, China is one. You might as well go up and have a look. . . . . .
