1. When applying for English certification report for the first time, you must also apply for Chinese certification report;

2. If the academic certificate is lost, you need to go to the graduate school to reissue the Academic Certificate and apply for certification with the academic certificate.

From 3.20 18 65438+ 10/0, except for special needs such as studying abroad, labor export and skilled migration, secondary education certification will no longer be accepted.

4. If the information such as date of birth, ID number, name or gender on the academic certificate to be certified is inconsistent with that on the ID card, a personal written explanation is required.
