Article 24 The following personnel of production and operation units must pass the assessment of the municipal work safety supervision and management department before they can take up their posts:

Article 31 Punching, shearing, pressing, cutting equipment and wood processing machinery and other equipment used by production and business units shall be equipped with relevant safety protection devices in accordance with national standards.

Article 32 If a production and business operation unit conducts the following dangerous operations, it shall formulate a dangerous operation management system and assign specialized personnel to be responsible for on-site safety management to ensure compliance with operating procedures and implementation of safety measures:

(2) Demolition of construction projects;

Article 64 If staff of the production safety supervision and management department and relevant administrative departments abuse their power, neglect their duties, engage in malpractice for personal gain, they shall be subject to administrative sanctions by their administrative departments or supervisory authorities; perform safety supervision and inspections Anyone who improperly performs his duties and causes damage to the unit under inspection shall be liable for compensation in accordance with the law; if he is suspected of committing a crime, he shall be held criminally responsible in accordance with the law. Article 65 If these regulations stipulate that the municipal government shall formulate specific measures separately, the municipal government shall formulate them within six months from the date of implementation of these regulations.
Article 66: If these Regulations provide for fines, the municipal administrative penalty enforcement agency shall formulate specific punishment measures and shall be implemented simultaneously with these Regulations.
Article 67 These Regulations shall come into effect on August 1, 2009.
