Why don't the police care?

Recruiting and transferring training belongs to the category of labor disputes and does not belong to the duties of the police.

The duties of the police are mainly to maintain social order, crack down on crimes and protect citizens' lives, property and personal safety. Recruitment and job-transfer training refer to employment-related matters such as recruitment, job-transfer and training. According to the law, labor disputes should be handled by the labor dispute arbitration commission or the labor dispute arbitration court, not by the police. The police are mainly responsible for handling criminal cases, public security cases and administrative law enforcement, and do not involve the handling of labor disputes.
