How to become a sports reporter?

Sports reporters are just a branch of the journalism industry, and there is no sports reporter major in sports colleges. Some sports colleges have opened sports journalism, but the strength is not promising and the employment situation is not optimistic.

You don’t have to take an exam to be a reporter. Many media recruit reporters without any restrictions. As long as you accumulate enough abilities and professional qualities, you can become a reporter if you succeed in the interview. For example, my senior sister graduated from the School of Sports Science of South China Normal University and then went to work as a reporter at Guangzhou Sports Station. Many southern newspapers are also recruiting interns nationwide, so there are always opportunities.
