In order to strengthen the construction of radio and television teams and adapt to the new requirements of radio and television publicity work under the new situation, it has been decided after research , Xianju County Radio and Television Station plans to openly recruit 6 program hosts (differential undertakings). The relevant matters are now announced as follows:
1. Recruitment scope, objects and conditions
1. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, love socialism, and love journalism;

3. Physical health Healthy, under 25 years old (that is, born after June 11, 1983), college degree or above, graduates with Taizhou household registration (settled before June 13, 2008) or fresh graduates from Taizhou in 2008 (must be in 2008 Obtain a diploma before August 31st).
4. Have a dignified image, standard Mandarin, good voice, broad knowledge, quick response, and good journalistic ability.
5. Those who have won the first prize in various talent competitions sponsored by governments at or above the prefectural or municipal level or radio and television stations and affiliated TV stations (professional channels) can have their education level extended to a college degree, and their household registration can be extended to Zhejiang other personnel within the province.
2. Registration time, location and registration method
1. Registration time: June 12-13, 2008 during working hours.
2. Registration location: Conference room on the third floor of Xianju County Radio and Television Station.
3. Registration method: Fresh graduates from full-time colleges and universities in 2008 should provide the employment recommendation form issued by the school and the "National Employment Agreement for College Graduates" issued by the Student Affairs Department of the Ministry of Education (outside the province). Colleges and universities can hold the originals and copies of relevant documents (certificates) such as the "Employment Agreement for Ordinary College Graduates" issued by the provincial education administrative department), ID card, original household registration certificate; social workers should provide their ID cards and household registration books. (2) Read a prescribed article aloud (the material will be randomly determined on site).
2. Retest
(1) Talk about news, comment on events, and recite poetry (materials will be randomly determined on site).
(2) Small role performance (telling stories in various forms, prepared by the candidates, within 3 minutes)
(3) Questions from the judges on the spot.
(2) Scoring method
1. Preliminary test: Comprehensive scoring based on a hundred-point system based on the candidate’s Mandarin level and image, and the candidates for the re-examination will be determined in a ratio of 1:3 for the recruitment position.
2. Re-examination: The candidates will be scored based on three elements: Mandarin proficiency (30 points), professional quality (40 points), and adaptability (30 points). The full score is 100 points. Those whose Mandarin proficiency is lower than 18 points or whose total score is lower than 60 points are considered unqualified. Then, among the qualified candidates, the candidates with the highest score to the lowest score will be determined in a 1:1 ratio for the recruitment position (those with tied scores at the bottom will be admitted together).

5. Physical examination, inspection, and recruitment
The physical examination refers to the "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment" (Zhejiang People's Government [2005] ]68) implementation, if the physical examination fails, the candidates who pass the re-examination will be replaced in order from the highest score to the lowest score. The number of people to be inspected is determined according to the ratio of 1:1 to the number of recruitment positions (the ones tied for the bottom will be inspected with high professional quality scores). The inspection is based on the "Zhejiang Provincial Civil Servant Recruitment and Inspection Work Rules (Trial)" (Zhejiang People's Development [2008] No. 58 ), those who are unqualified during the inspection will be replaced in turn.
Qualified candidates will be posted on the Xianju Talent Network for 7 days. If there is no objection after the public announcement period, the recruitment procedures will be processed.
Fresh graduates from ordinary colleges and universities will go through the recruitment procedures with their graduation certificates. If they cannot graduate on time and obtain the academic certificates required for the position they applied for, their qualifications for employment will be cancelled.
The probation period of the hired personnel is one year. If it is really difficult to perform the job during the probation period, the employment qualification will be cancelled.
6. Others
1. If the number of applicants does not exceed 25, candidates will directly enter the re-examination.
2. If the number of applicants is less than 18, the number of candidates will be reduced accordingly at a ratio of 1:3.
