What conditions should a pharmaceutical salesperson have?

According to the relevant provisions of the Drug Administration Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Measures for the Administration of Drug Circulation and the spirit of the Notice on Rectifying and Standardizing the Order of Drug Circulation of the State Council, in order to further strengthen the supervision and management in the field of drug circulation and standardize the order of drug operation, and in combination with the problems existing in the drug circulation market, these Provisions are formulated: \x0d\ 1. Pharmaceutical sales personnel must meet the following requirements \x0d\ (1) Pharmaceutical sales personnel of pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises must meet the following requirements. \x0d\ (II) Pharmaceutical sales personnel must be legally employed personnel who have signed a formal labor contract with the labor department, and may not concurrently serve as marketing personnel in other enterprises. \x0d\ (3) The pharmaceutical sales personnel must be issued with formal employment documents by the legal representative of the enterprise, and the enterprise is responsible for the pharmaceutical sales behavior of the pharmaceutical sales personnel. \x0d\ (4) Pharmaceutical sales personnel must be registered by the local food and drug administration, and the relevant information of qualified pharmaceutical sales personnel shall be uniformly entered into the database by the Municipal Bureau for social inquiry. \x0d\ A salesperson applying for registration shall provide the following legal qualification certificates. \x0d\ (1) Copy of graduation certificate of senior high school or above or relevant professional title certificate; \x0d\ (2) A copy of the formal labor contract signed with the labor department; \x0d\ (3) Copy of ID card; \x0d\ (4) Copy of my training qualification certificate; \x0d\ (5) A copy of the employment documents of the employing unit; \x0d\ (6) Registration Form of Drug Salesperson (in duplicate); \x0d\ (7) Other necessary certificates. \x0d\ (5) If the sales staff of an enterprise changes, or the authorization period and scope change, it shall report the change to the local food and drug administration within 7 days.
