Why don't companies hire pregnant women?

I have met the need of being out of the spectrum at work, that is, I can't get pregnant and have children within three years. There are two reasons why I have such outrageous demands.

First, the biggest disadvantage of female employees compared with male employees is that female employees will get pregnant, and often they will get pregnant after working for a few years, because it is only a few years before women graduate from college and get pregnant.

Once a woman is pregnant, maternity leave is not far away. According to the regulations, maternity leave will last for about half a year, and related wages and social security cannot be stopped during maternity leave. However, this is not a good thing for the company. It is difficult to recruit employees. As a result, employees didn't take maternity leave long and didn't do much work. However, the money they should have given was still given, and the company felt that it was a big loss. Therefore, many companies will explicitly ask not to recruit pregnant women, just to avoid this kind of trouble.

Second, pregnancy and lactation affect work, and it is also obvious that you can't do heavy work during pregnancy and you can't travel during lactation.

Women have children only to carry on the family line, but they also have to bear social responsibilities. After all, children are coming to serve the society. Enterprises should start from a sense of social responsibility and create jobs for married women without children. In addition, some employment policies can be introduced to encourage enterprises to hire married and childless women, create conditions for these women to find jobs, make enterprises have enthusiasm when hiring them, and make society develop healthily and orderly.
