Jiangsu Aoyang Shunchang Metal Material Co., Ltd. is a foreign-invested joint-stock company with a registered capital of 60.8 million yuan. On June 5, 2008, it was listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange with the stock code of 002245, and the stock was referred to as Aoyang Shunchang for short. Formerly known as Zhangjiagang Aoyang Shunchang Metal Products Co., Ltd., the company is a Sino-foreign joint venture jointly invested by Aoyang Group Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Changzheng Co., Ltd. on September 30, 2002. In March 2007, with the approval of the Ministry of Commerce, the company was changed into a joint stock limited company as a whole.
