Coal chemical industry gathered in Jincheng, Shanxi Province to see how Hongji Environmental Protection contributed to the green development of coal chemical industry.

On September 10- 1 1 day, 2020, China International Coal Gasification Technology and Industry Conference was successfully held in Jincheng, Shanxi. The conference attracted more than 700 guests and representatives, more than 120 experts in coal gasification industry and 65 project owners.

Coal chemical industry plays an important role in industry, and the wastewater it produces is difficult to treat. It usually contains a large number of suspended particles, sulfides, cyanide and other harmful substances, and has the characteristics of high ammonia nitrogen and high COD.

With the requirements of industrial upgrading and green development in China, how to treat these difficult wastewater efficiently and stably has become an urgent problem for every coal chemical enterprise.

The water supply source comes from Du He Reservoir. Although the water quality is good, the turbidity is high.

This project mainly removes suspended solids, hardness, alkalinity, etc. In raw water, mechanical stirring accelerated clarifier +V-type filter+disinfection is adopted as the raw water treatment process.

The design water treatment capacity is 2000m? /h. The treated water enters the pool for production and fire fighting, and is pumped to various water consumption points in the plant through pressure.

The sewage of the whole plant comes from domestic and laboratory sewage, gasification sewage, desulfurization and decarbonization sewage, rectification sewage, ground washing sewage and initial rainwater. The sewage treatment capacity of the first phase is 12000m? /d .

In order to alleviate the pressure of water use, the reuse rate of sewage after treatment is required to reach 75%, so the reclaimed water reuse system is built simultaneously.

In the sewage system engineering, Hongji Environmental Protection adopts the patented technology-HBF process package to efficiently remove nitrogen and organic pollutants in sewage.
