The human resources department deals with every department in the company. It is a very important department of the company and also a service department, with a lot of business. Therefore, it should do the following:

1, enthusiastic and thoughtful, and handle the relationship with other departments;

2, there must be experienced staff, such as social security, which is more complicated and familiar with business processes;

3. Only by actively communicating with various departments can we do a good job analysis, recruitment and training.
