The employment of college graduates to serve in villages, the special post plan for school teachers in rural compulsory education stage, the "three supports and one support" (teaching, supporting agriculture, supporting doctors and helping the poor) and the voluntary service for college students in western regions are collectively referred to as the "four projects" for serving the grassroots (among them, the voluntary service for college students in western regions refers to the personnel who are dispatched according to the plan issued by the Communist Youth League Central Committee or the Communist Youth League Committee and hold the service certificate signed by the Communist Youth League Central Committee or the Communist Youth League Committee (except those dispatched by colleges themselves).

(two) the provisions of the service period of the "four projects" at the grassroots level.

The service period of selecting and transferring college graduates to serve in the village (that is, "college student village officials") is 3 years, but according to the local policy of Yunnan Province, college student village officials in our province can enjoy the preferential policy of expiration of service after serving for two years, so the college student village officials who have served in Yunnan Province for two years and are still in office can also be regarded as expiration of service;

The service period of school teachers' special post planner in rural compulsory education stage is 3 years;

The service period of "three supports and one support" personnel is 2 years;

The service period of college students volunteering for western planners (namely "western volunteers") is 1 year or 2 years. According to the central government's policy of coordinating four types of personnel, volunteers in the west are given a uniform service period of two years, regardless of whether they belong to the central plan or the provincial plan. Those who have served for more than 1 year are regarded as under-served in this examination.

The calculation of service period is accurate to the month.

(3) The service period (including the renewal period without changing the identity) of the single-service grass-roots project in the recruitment brochure indicates that it will expire from June 20 14 to March 20 16, and it has passed the examination over the years.

1. "Single service grassroots project" means that candidates participate in more than one of the "four projects" and can only use one of them when applying for the exam.

Example: Mr. A, after volunteering for 1 year in the west, worked as a college student village official for 1 year, and then worked as a special post teacher for 1 year, which did not meet the requirements of targeted recruitment for the four projects.

2. "The service period (including the renewal period without changing identity) expires between 20 14 10 and 20 16 March" means:

(1) The service expiration date meets the requirements between 20 14, 1 and 20 16.

Example: Jun A became a college student village official in 20 1 1 year, expired in March 20 14, and was admitted to another college in April 20 14. As the time limit of Jun A's expiration is in line with the regulations, as long as Jun A is not a civil servant now, he still meets the post requirements of directional recruitment of four project personnel.

(2) Those who are renewed after the expiration of service (the identity after renewal is still the identity of the project before renewal) and the date of renewal is between March 20 14 1 to March 20 16 are also eligible.

Example: Mr. B, who became a volunteer in the west on 20 10, expired on March 20 12, and continued to work in his original post until March 20 14, and was admitted to another institution on April 20 14. Up to now, the time limit for Mr. B's re-employment is in line with the regulations.

Another example: Mr. C, who became a volunteer in the west in 2009, expired in March of 20 1 1 year, continued to work in his original post in March of 20 13, and was admitted to another institution in April of 2013. Starting with Mr. c,

3. The original special post teachers who become full members after the expiration of the service period, whose service period expires between 20 14, 1 to 20 16, and have passed the examination over the years, can apply for the "four projects" special post teachers.

4. "All passed the annual assessment" means all passed the annual assessment during the service period.

(four) the certificate of applying for directional post qualification review for the personnel serving the "four projects" at the grass-roots level.

For those who serve the "four projects" at the grass-roots level, the employment contract is a legally binding contract, and the civil service recruitment procedures cannot be handled during the employment contract. Therefore, when reviewing the qualifications of these four categories of personnel, the certificate of service expiration issued by the competent department of the service place must be provided. If you have finished your service but continue to be employed or have a formal work unit, you must also provide the "Certificate of Consent to Enter the Examination" of your current work unit.

Proof of expiration of service is as follows:

If college graduates are hired to work in the village to apply for the "four projects" positions at the grassroots level of directional service, the "Recommendation Form for Orientation Examination (Recruitment) of College Student Village Officials in Yunnan Province" will be provided at the time of qualification review.

When applying for the "four projects" positions at the grass-roots level, the employment contract of teachers in the special post plan of school teachers in rural compulsory education in Yunnan Province should be provided.

Recruiting personnel (teaching, supporting agriculture, supporting medicine and helping the poor) in Yunnan Province who apply for the "four projects" posts of directional service at the grassroots level are required to provide the "three supports and one support" service certificate for college graduates.

When applying for the "four projects" positions at the grass-roots level, the college students' volunteer service western planning personnel serving in Yunnan Province are required to provide the volunteer service certificate issued by the national college students' volunteer service western planning project management office (which needs to be certified by the county project office).

In addition to the service certificate or employment certificate, the explanation issued by the competent employment unit, including the service period and assessment results, can also be regarded as the expiration of service and passing the assessment.
