Due to the need of work, our district plans to recruit 7 middle school teachers from Normal University directly under the Ministry of Education at public expense. The relevant information is hereby announced as follows.

First, the recruitment principle

Adhere to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit. Those who meet the requirements will register voluntarily, have a unified interview, make two-way selection, and be admitted on the basis of merit.

Second, the scope and object of recruitment

Teachers' colleges directly under the Ministry of Education recruit students who have obtained undergraduate education in general higher education before July 3, 20221and are in full compliance with the requirements list of teachers' colleges directly under the Ministry of Education in 2022 in Anzhou District, Mianyang City.

Third, the recruitment conditions

(a) the applicant shall meet the following conditions at the same time

6. Be in good health, pass the physical examination and be able to perform the duties of the recruitment position normally.

7. Qualifications that meet the requirements of the recruitment announcement.

(1) Registration

Take the way of on-site registration. When registering, applicants can only choose one recruitment position to register.

(4) The original and 1 copy of the agreement on free education for normal students signed with universities at the time of enrollment.

(2) Qualification examination

District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and District Education and Sports Bureau organize recruitment units to conduct qualification examination and qualification confirmation. Qualification examination will run through the whole recruitment process. At any stage, applicants who do not meet the job requirements will be disqualified.

(3) Evaluation

1. Examination time: 202 1, 10, 14, from 9: 00 am to 6: 00 pm1.

2. Assessment location: Admissions and Employment Office of Southwest University.

3. Assessment method: led by the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the organization department of the district party committee, the office of the organization department of the district party committee, the district discipline inspection commission, the district supervision commission, the district education and sports bureau and the recruiting unit organize relevant personnel to form an assessment team to conduct professional tests and comprehensive interviews.

4. Assessment content: mainly assess the applicant's professional knowledge, language expression, ideological quality, coordination ability and other comprehensive qualities.

(4) signing an employment agreement

After the assessment, the recruiting unit will sign the employment agreement for the personnel who signed the employment agreement according to the assessment results and the ratio of the number of recruits to the number of applicants after comprehensive assessment. If the applicant fails to sign the employment agreement within the specified time, it will be deemed as an automatic waiver of the application, and the recruiting unit will sign the agreement on the basis of equal selection.

(5) Physical examination and inspection

(a) the personnel who sign the employment agreement shall attend the medical examination at the time and place specified by the recruiting unit.

(2) Physical examination items and standards refer to the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the National Health and Family Planning Commission and the National Civil Service Bureau on Amending the Operating Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2065]140). If there are other provisions of the state, province, industry and postal services, those provisions shall prevail. Recruiting units or candidates who have doubts about the results of the physical examination items that have not been re-examined on the same day or on the spot may request re-examination within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the physical examination. Only 1 re-examination was conducted, and only the items that affected the physical examination conclusion were re-examined. The conclusion of physical examination shall be subject to the re-examination results.

(three) the recruitment unit and the competent department to conduct a comprehensive inspection of qualified personnel, and query their student status files as a reference. If the medical examination or political examination is unqualified, the employment agreement shall be terminated.

(6) Publicizing the persons to be employed.

Those who pass the physical examination and inspection will be publicized on Mianyang Personnel Examination Network for 7 working days. During the publicity period, when receiving the social report, the whistleblower shall truthfully reflect the problem by real name, and provide the necessary supporting materials or investigation clues. Any questions reflected anonymously will not be accepted.

(7) Employment procedures and treatment

Candidates who have signed the employment agreement must submit the graduation certificate, degree certificate and teacher qualification certificate required for the recruitment position to the recruiting unit for examination and confirmation before July 3, 2022, and formally sign the Employment Contract for Institutions in Sichuan Province with the recruiting unit. Those who fail to obtain the above certificates required for the post within the specified time shall be disqualified. The employed personnel occupy the organization establishment of the employing unit, sign an employment contract with the employing unit, and the service period of signing the employment contract shall be implemented according to the relevant policies for recruiting public-funded normal students. Those who fail to pass the examination during or after the probation period will be disqualified.
