First, the recruitment principle

Second, the scope and object of recruitment
Teachers' colleges directly under the Ministry of Education recruit students who have obtained undergraduate education in general higher education before July 3, 20221and are in full compliance with the requirements list of teachers' colleges directly under the Ministry of Education in 2022 in Anzhou District, Mianyang City.
Third, the recruitment conditions

(1) Registration

(2) Qualification examination
District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and District Education and Sports Bureau organize recruitment units to conduct qualification examination and qualification confirmation. Qualification examination will run through the whole recruitment process. At any stage, applicants who do not meet the job requirements will be disqualified.
(3) Evaluation

3. (4) signing an employment agreement

(5) Physical examination and inspection
(a) the personnel who sign the employment agreement shall attend the medical examination at the time and place specified by the recruiting unit.
(2) Physical examination items and standards refer to the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the National Health and Family Planning Commission and the National Civil Service Bureau on Amending the Operating Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2065]140). If there are other provisions of the state, province, industry and postal services, those provisions shall prevail. Recruiting units or candidates who have doubts about the results of the physical examination items that have not been re-examined on the same day or on the spot may request re-examination within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the physical examination. Only 1 re-examination was conducted, and only the items that affected the physical examination conclusion were re-examined. The conclusion of physical examination shall be subject to the re-examination results.
(three) the recruitment unit and the competent department to conduct a comprehensive inspection of qualified personnel, and query their student status files as a reference. If the medical examination or political examination is unqualified, the employment agreement shall be terminated.
(6) Publicizing the persons to be employed.
Those who pass the physical examination and inspection will be publicized on Mianyang Personnel Examination Network for 7 working days. During the publicity period, when receiving the social report, the whistleblower shall truthfully reflect the problem by real name, and provide the necessary supporting materials or investigation clues. Any questions reflected anonymously will not be accepted.
(7) Employment procedures and treatment
Candidates who have signed the employment agreement must submit the graduation certificate, degree certificate and teacher qualification certificate required for the recruitment position to the recruiting unit for examination and confirmation before July 3, 2022, and formally sign the Employment Contract for Institutions in Sichuan Province with the recruiting unit. Those who fail to obtain the above certificates required for the post within the specified time shall be disqualified. The employed personnel occupy the organization establishment of the employing unit, sign an employment contract with the employing unit, and the service period of signing the employment contract shall be implemented according to the relevant policies for recruiting public-funded normal students.
