4. The Municipal People's Social Security Bureau is specifically responsible for approving the early retirement of special jobs in this city, once a month, and the basic pension will be calculated and paid from the next month after approval;

5. If the County People's Social Security Bureau does not meet the conditions for early retirement, the personal file shall be returned to the original unit or the employee file storage institution before the next month 10 approved by the Municipal Bureau, and the reasons for non-compliance shall be briefly explained;

6. The unit or employee file storage institution shall inform the applicant of the examination and approval and the reasons for non-conformity within ten days.
