What is your most satisfying job?

My most satisfying job was my one-year internship in a large factory. Although I did not stay in a large factory, I did gain a lot of experience during this year.

Let’s not talk about the specific name of which big factory. Let’s talk about your working time period and content first!

I entered this large factory for internship and work in 2015. My major was computer science, so the company I joined was also engaged in the Internet.

This company can be said to be the top in the industry in China's Internet field. Its company size and employee system are very high in the industry, especially the company's welfare benefits. Said it was very perfect. Employees who perform well can also get company shares and options, and their overall income is much higher than outsiders.

The main reason why I was able to intern at this company was because I seized an internship opportunity on campus, and with my own hard work, I was able to obtain such a rare opportunity.

The skill that impressed me the most and gained me the most is the management system. Later, when I chose to resign, this skill also brought me a lot of benefits. Because in a large company, its management system is very advanced, and the main fundamental reason that determines a company's growth and future development direction is management.

Many people think that the company’s talent sales are the only driving force when running a company. But only when we actually run a company can we know, especially the management, how important a company can be. Whether it lasts for a long time, the most important thing is management. Whether it is external management or internal management, management is the lifeline that determines the life or death of the company.

I remember that when I was an intern at this large factory, the management system was very strict. Employees were not only required to make system reports every day, but also reported daily project progress and where problems occurred? This is a job that employees have to report every day. As a manager, it is very hard. Not only do you have to see employees' reports every day, but you also have to solve problems in a timely manner and solve them step by step. The entire process and team management can be said to be very tight, with no free space left.

The management of the entire company's major factories is not that failed, and a flexible work system has been implemented for employees in some special positions. As long as you complete your workload and tasks today, the company will It doesn’t dictate what time you go to and from get off work.

After I saw this management system at the time, I felt that it was completely different from what I imagined. However, the company did a good job in this regard, and the efficiency was very high. The employees of the entire company were also very motivated, so , I can gradually understand that the reason why big factories are called big factories actually makes sense.

Now when I step into the management team, I have a lot of experience. After all, I once interned in a big factory.
