My most satisfying job was my one-year internship in a large factory. Although I did not stay in a large factory, I did gain a lot of experience during this year.

I entered this large factory for internship and work in 2015. My major was computer science, so the company I joined was also engaged in the Internet.

Said it was very perfect. Employees who perform well can also get company shares and options, and their overall income is much higher than outsiders.

The main reason why I was able to intern at this company was because I seized an internship opportunity on campus, and with my own hard work, I was able to obtain such a rare opportunity.

The skill that impressed me the most and gained me the most is the management system. Later, when I chose to resign, this skill also brought me a lot of benefits. Because in a large company, its management system is very advanced, and the main fundamental reason that determines a company's growth and future development direction is management.
