Kaifeng teachers' callback policy

Adhere to the principles of voluntariness, openness, fairness and merit;

Adhere to the principles of staffing management, post selection and qualification access.

Callback personnel are assigned to rural schools in principle, and their jobs may not be adjusted within three years after allocation.

Legal basis: Applicants for "202 1 Kaifeng Tongxu County Teacher Call Back Work Plan" shall meet the following qualifications:

1. Have good political and professional qualities and good conduct;

2. The age is not more than 45 years old (born after 1 July, 9761day, subject to the file age);

3 in the original unit has been graded and the 2020 annual assessment results are qualified and above;

4. Good health and physical conditions for normal performance of duties;

5. Voluntary acceptance of work arrangement and job adjustment;

6. Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.
