My supervisor told me that young people should not enter Netease.

I love this company, but now I need to go out and see the outside world and opportunities. I finally understand why my supervisor told me that you should not enter Netease when you are young, because it would be better to come in after you have grown to a certain level and accumulated certain experience and ability.
