Can enterprises recruit minors?

Legal Analysis: Enterprises cannot recruit minors.

Legal basis: Article 2 of the Provisions on Prohibiting the Use of Child Labour: State organs, social organizations, enterprises and institutions, private non-enterprise units or individual industrial and commercial households (hereinafter referred to as employers) shall not employ minors under the age of 16 (hereinafter referred to as using child labour).

It is forbidden for any unit or individual to introduce employment to minors under the age of 16.

/kloc-minors under the age of 0/6 are prohibited from starting businesses and engaging in self-employed activities.
