3. Personality test. After the computer test, they also asked people to take a personality test according to the principle of ranking results. Secretly tell you a message, if you haven't received the notice of the personality test, you can go to the bully test. At least I feel that you have gone, the personality test is no problem, and basically you will have an interview opportunity.

4. the technical side. One-side meeting technology. From my observation, there will be more C-faces and more opportunities. On the one hand, I will basically ask you something about the project and some basic knowledge of the language. 5. two sides. In principle, I won't ask technical questions much. But don't take it lightly, and keep in good shape. He will ask about your personal situation, personality, hobbies and so on. 6. SMS to inform that the interview has passed, and then wait for the signing.

When my roommate called me that morning, I suddenly found that my mobile phone could not be connected. At that time, it was 12 o'clock. I arrived at 2: 3 in the afternoon for an interview, and then people arrived one after another. Finally, there were nine people in our group. The staff first showed us around the next model house, and we didn't start the interview until nearly five o'clock.

As expected, give a piece of materials, familiarize yourself with the materials for 3 minutes, discuss in groups, and then three examiners will act as buyers.

Before the interview, I felt that A had always been very energetic, probably because he was a senior and experienced. B, C and D are all aggressive. They all want to dominate the overall situation and talk a lot. I don't think it's necessary to fight with them, otherwise the whole group may be pass. In fact, the idea was very good at first, so don't grab it. Unity is strength. However, in the end, the pressure was getting bigger and bigger, the interviewer was particularly tricky, and then the scene was a little chaotic, but on the whole, it was actually okay. I didn't speak for a few minutes at first, because it wasn't my responsibility, and I was always in the back. Later, my brother HR gave me a chance, perhaps knowing that I was in charge of explaining the apartment type, and asked what our house was like, and then I cut in to talk.
