What does Heilongjiang's "Three Supports and One Support" test for poverty alleviation?

Heilongjiang "three supports and one support" exam consists of two parts: the basic knowledge of public service and the test of administrative professional ability.

In recent three years, the administrative professional competence test examines the abilities of four modules: speech comprehension, judgment and reasoning, quantitative relationship and data analysis, all of which are multiple-choice questions. "Three Supports and One Support" means that college students go to rural grassroots to engage in supporting agriculture, teaching, supporting medicine and helping the poor after graduation. The service period is 2 years, and you can choose your own job after the expiration. Candidates who have been recruited as "three supports and one support" staff can enter the towns and institutions where they serve through open recruitment methods such as direct inspection after passing the examination in frontier and poverty-stricken areas.
