China Grain Storage Group is a state-owned enterprise and a central enterprise. The full name of China Grain Storage Group is China Grain Reserve Management Group Co., Ltd. and China Grain Reserve Management Group Co., Ltd., which is a large state-owned key enterprise involving national security and the lifeline of the national economy approved by the State Council. 1955, the state formally established the grain reserve for the purpose of preparing for the famine, namely "A grain", which marked the formation of the new China grain reserve system.

China Grain Reserve Management Group Co., Ltd. implements a two-level legal person and three-level management system. Directly under the library is a three-level management unit, which is an independent accounting and self-financing legal entity.
