1. Responsibilities of the room area supervisor:

3) Organize and allocate manpower according to specific reception tasks. Receive VLP and assist the team to master layout specifications and requirements.

4) Check the room layout, cleanliness and service quality every day to maintain a normal and stable level.

5) Summarize and verify the guest room status, and provide accurate guest room status report to the front desk in time.

6) Carry out regular maintenance of guest room facilities and equipment to ensure that the facilities in the room are in good condition and the information is complete. Warranty in time if damage or failure is found. Put forward the plan of equipment update and layout update. Master the daily consumption of linen and room supplies changed by each team.

7) Take the initiative to contact the guests and accompanying personnel to understand the characteristics and requirements of the guests.

8) Take the initiative to help solve or contact the difficult problems that the guests require or the team can't handle.

9) Train employees' operation methods and work specifications.

2) Grasp the employees' thoughts and working conditions.

3) Be responsible for arranging service shifts, working hours and holidays in public areas.

4) Make plans for various cleaning work.

5) Check the gfd of the employees on duty. Check whether the area under its jurisdiction is neat and beautiful, and correct the problems in time when found.

6) Check whether the decoration and public facilities in the area under its jurisdiction are perfect to ensure that the hotel can be naughty.

7) Make reasonable consumption limit of cleaning products and control the distribution of cleaning products.

8) Be responsible for the business training of employees.

9) Guide and inspect professional work, such as carpet maintenance, pest control and external window cleaning.

10) Complete all temporary tasks assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
