Printing industry: the position and salary range of each prepress job (such as typesetting and CPT)?

I worked in Guangzhou Fengcai Color Printing Co., Ltd. from 21 to 211. My department was prepress department and my position was CTP publisher. The working hours are two shifts (day shift and night shift). The salary is 18+ overtime. About 25 a month. The duties of prepress work include production, typesetting, film production, blue paper printing, proofreading, CTP publishing/plate making. Ordinary employees are paid basic salary plus overtime pay. When they are promoted to the team leader, they will be around 3, ~ 4,. I don't know the salary of the supervisor.

The bigger the printing house, the less commission it will get. On the contrary, small private printing houses may still have it. If you want to be a typesetter with a commission, you'd better go to a printing company that is only responsible for prepress design. I haven't heard of CPT publishing, but CTP publishing (I majored in printing technology). The typesetting and CTP publishing work are basically from the printing house. I just entered the printing factory, but it's about 3 at most, and I think there's no more.
