The beer man in the injection molding department is an operator of the injection molding machine. Mainly do sliding doors, pre-batch, post-processing, packaging and other work.

Beer processing process

First, the preparatory work:

Second, the operation steps:

1. Arrange the packaging materials for production neatly, such as plastic pots and cartons along the zebra crossing, so as to be aligned up and down, left and right. Put cardboard and plastic bags neatly on the operating table and put them in a convenient place on the operating table.

2. Clean the console to avoid dust and oil pollution affecting product quality.

3. Operate the injection molding machine according to the operation rules of the injection molding machine.

4. After receiving the first inspection report from QC, the brewer can not formally produce until it is confirmed.

5. During production:

A. In semi-automatic operation, the safety door can only be opened after the mold opening is terminated, and the goods can be picked up. After picking up the goods, put them flat on the operating table and let the products cool naturally. After the cooled products are self-checked according to the Parts Inspection Guide, they are processed according to the requirements of plastic QC guidance and packaged according to the packaging scheme, such as (water cutting, deburring, degreasing and dust removal).

B. When the beer is fully automatic, arrange the nozzle every ten minutes, and pick up the beer with tools every twenty minutes for self-inspection. Self-inspection can refer to the parts inspection guide. When the product is found unqualified in the self-inspection, the previous product should be hung with unqualified signs and isolated immediately, and the mechanic should be informed to improve.

6. The products produced should be placed along the zebra crossing, and the signs to be inspected should be placed on it to indicate the inspection status.

7. After production, clean the seat.
