Institutions with income should actively try out enterprise management, make full use of their own manpower, technology, equipment and other conditions, open up production channels, expand service projects, improve service quality, rationally organize income, and gradually improve the level of self-sufficiency and income. All fees should be fair and reasonable, and fees should not be raised casually, and the burden should not be passed on.
