2. Qualifications

3. Work Procedures

This open selection will be carried out in accordance with the procedures of announcement, registration, qualification review, written examination, interview, physical examination, organizational inspection, and appointment decision.

(1) Publish announcement. (2) Registration and qualification review. It mainly tests the basic qualities that candidates must possess to be qualified for the selected position, especially the application of relevant basic theories, basic Knowledge and the ability to analyze basic methods to solve practical problems in leadership work. The scope of the professional subject written examination includes basic professional knowledge, professional management knowledge and professional policy and regulation knowledge required for job selection. It mainly tests the professional qualities that candidates must possess to be qualified for the job selection, especially the ability to use professional knowledge to analyze and solve practical problems in leadership work.

The full marks for public and professional subject papers are each 100 points, and the written test scores are weighted by 60% and 40% respectively. Based on the written test scores, the shortlisted candidates for the interview will be determined from high scores to low scores for each position in a ratio of 1:5 to the number of positions. If there is a tie for the last place, the tied candidates will be admitted to the interview together. The list of candidates shortlisted for interviews will be announced through the media.

(4) Interview. The interview is conducted in the form of a defense, mainly based on the written examination, to further test the candidate's adaptability to the selected position in terms of leadership qualities and competency characteristics. The full score of the interview paper is 100 points. The interviews are tested and scored by the interview team, which is composed of relevant leaders and experts.

The interview scores and written test scores are each weighted by 50% to calculate the total score. The candidates for the deputy county-level leadership position will be determined from high scores to low scores in a ratio of 1:3 to the number of positions; the candidates for examination will be determined from high scores to low scores for deputy department-level leadership positions in a ratio of 1:2 to the number of positions; if the last place is In the event of a tie, those with tied scores will be included in the examination together. (5) Organize inspections and decide on appointments. According to the cadre management authority, the Municipal Party Committee Organization Department is responsible for organizing the inspection of candidates for deputy county-level leadership positions; the inspection candidates for deputy section-level leadership positions are organized by the Municipal Party Committee Organization Department in conjunction with the party groups (party committees) of municipal units and county (city, district) committees inspection. According to the cadre selection and appointment conditions and the responsibilities of the selected position, a comprehensive inspection will be conducted on the morality, ability, diligence, performance and integrity of the inspection objects.

For each deputy county-level leadership position, the inspection team will propose two recommended candidates based on the examination, inspection and physical examination. After study and approval by the municipal public election leadership group, they will be submitted to the Xuancheng City Party Committee Standing Committee for study and differential voting. Vote to determine the proposed candidate; for each deputy section-level leadership position, the inspection team will propose a recommended candidate based on the examination, inspection and physical examination.
