According to the Ministry of Personnel's "Interim Regulations on Open Recruitment of Personnel by Public Institutions" (Order No. 6 of the Ministry of Personnel) and the Guangdong Provincial Personnel According to the requirements of relevant documents from the department and in accordance with the principles of "openness, equality, competition, and merit selection," Hanshan Normal University has decided to openly recruit staff for some positions. 1. Recruitment targets

Open recruitment for 2008 fresh graduates from general colleges and universities. "Fresh graduates" refer to graduates from ordinary institutions of higher learning who graduated in the summer of 2008 (including graduates from ordinary institutions of higher learning whose schooling system lasted for 2 and a half years or who completed their credits in advance and who graduated at the end of 2007 or early 2008, excluding those who graduated in 2007 Graduates who were previously deferred from employment).

College student volunteers who participate in the Service to the West program can participate in this open recruitment within one year after passing the assessment after their service period.

2. Application conditions

(1) Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China, support the Constitution and abide by the law.

(2) Be honest and trustworthy and have good conduct.

(3) Have the physical condition to perform duties normally.

(4) Have the qualifications required for the recruitment position.

3. Registration Method

(1) Please see Appendix 1 for the job title, quota and conditions.

(2) Registration method

Bring the original and copy of the resident ID card, student ID card, graduate employment recommendation form, and registration form (see attachment 2) to the Personnel Department of Hanshan Normal University Register at the 4th floor of the West Campus. Applicants from out of town can register online.

(3) Registration requirements

Each applicant can only apply for one position. The number of applicants for each position generally must reach three or more before the recruitment can be organized. When registering, you must truthfully submit relevant information and materials. Anyone who commits fraud will be disqualified from the examination or employment upon verification.

(4) Payment method

IV. Examination (including written examination and interview)

(1) Written examination

The written examination subject is administration Vocational aptitude test and application essay. The scores will be combined according to the proportion of each accounting for 50%, and shall be rounded to 2 decimal places.

1. Administrative Vocational Aptitude Test: It mainly tests the candidate's ability to engage in administrative work. No exam reference books are specified.

2. Application: Mainly through the candidate's analysis, summary, refinement, and processing of the given materials, the candidate's ability to ask questions, analyze problems, solve problems, and express his or her written skills is tested. No exam reference books are specified.

(2) Interview

The interview includes professional test and comprehensive quality test.

After the interview, the written test score accounts for 60% and the interview score accounts for 40% to form the total exam score. The total score of the exam is 100 points, and the passing score is 60 points. For candidates who pass the examination, candidates for physical examination and assessment will be determined according to the order of total scores and the number of positions to be hired. Those who fail the physical examination or assessment or give up on employment can be replaced by replacement candidates.

5. Physical examination and assessment

Candidates initially selected for employment must submit a physical examination report issued by a hospital at or above the county (district) level.

6. Sign an employment agreement

Candidates who pass the physical examination and assessment will be announced through the campus website for 7 days. If there is no objection after public announcement, the employment agreement can be signed and submitted for approval in accordance with the prescribed procedures and authority. Master's degree students are hired according to the career system, and undergraduate (bachelor's) students are hired according to the personnel agency system.

8. Organizational Leadership

Recruitment is under the leadership of the college’s party committee In order to carry out the recruitment work, the college has established a recruitment leadership group. The members of the leadership group are composed of relevant personnel from the college’s party and government leaders, the Organization Department, the Supervision Department, and the Personnel Department.
