Macao recruits mainland drivers. There is no clear rule in Macao not to recruit mainland drivers. As a matter of fact, Macao has a small population, and its economic development needs a lot of labor. Some mainland drivers have been recruited in Macao, but these drivers need to have valid Macao residence qualifications, Macao driver's licenses and corresponding work visas.
