What are the specific requirements for professional supervision engineers when the real-name system for construction project supervision in Shaanxi Province is implemented?

(1) Requirements for general examination

Anyone who abides by the Constitution, laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, has good professional quality and moral character, and meets one of the following conditions Applicants may apply to take the Supervision Engineer Professional Qualification Examination:

1. Have a college degree (or higher vocational education) in various engineering majors, and have been engaged in engineering construction, supervision, design and other business work for at least 6 years;

2. Have a bachelor’s degree or degree in engineering, management science and engineering, and have been engaged in engineering construction, supervision, design and other business work for at least 4 years;

3. Have engineering, Master's degree or professional degree in a first-level discipline of management science and engineering, and have been engaged in engineering construction, supervision, design and other business work for at least 2 years;

4. Possess a doctoral degree in a first-level discipline of engineering, management science and engineering.

(2) Conditions for exemption from two subjects

Those who meet one of the following conditions can be exempted from the basic subjects when taking the Supervision Engineer Professional Qualification Examination:

1. Have obtained Qualification certificate for highway water transportation project supervision engineer;

2. Obtained qualification certificate for water conservancy project construction supervision engineer.

(3) Additional professional qualifications

Those who have obtained a professional qualification certificate for supervision engineers and register to take examinations in other professional subjects may be exempted from taking the basic subjects.
