2013 Announcement on the Recruitment of Medical Disputes People’s Mediation Committee in Lishui, Zhejiang Province

Lishui City Medical Dispute People’s Mediation Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Medical Dispute Mediation Committee”) was established in accordance with the “People’s Mediation Law of the People’s Republic of China” and the “Measures for the Prevention and Resolution of Medical Disputes in Zhejiang Province”. An industrial and professional people's mediation organization established in accordance with the law to specialize in the mediation of medical-patient disputes. Its job responsibilities are to mediate medical-patient disputes that arise at the city level, provide medical-patient dispute mediation consulting services, publicize laws, regulations and medical knowledge, and guide both parties to resolve medical-patient disputes in accordance with the law, objectively and fairly. The Medical Mediation Committee is currently under active preparation. Due to work needs, it has been decided to recruit 2 staff members and 2 full-time people's mediators from the public. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Qualifications of candidates

1. Law-abiding, good conduct, no illegal or disciplinary behavior;

2. Yes Be dedicated to work, have a spirit of unity and cooperation, be enthusiastic about public welfare, and be willing to engage in people's mediation of medical-patient disputes;

3. Good health;

4. Meet the specific conditions required for the recruitment position ;

5. The unit will not accept applications from those who have been subject to party or political discipline or are under disciplinary investigation, as well as those who have been criminally punished or are under judicial investigation that has yet to reach a conclusion.

2. Specific conditions and requirements

(1) Full-time people’s mediator. Priority will be given to recruiting from our city’s retired judges, prosecutors, lawyers, public security, grassroots legal service workers, doctors, and experienced people’s mediators. Be under 65 years old, have a college degree or above, major in law, medicine or psychology, and be familiar with relevant laws, regulations and national policies.

(2) Staff. Applicants who are under 40 years old, have a college degree or above in law or medicine (clinical medicine, nursing, forensic medicine and other medical related majors), have relevant qualifications, and have extensive experience in legal or medical or nursing work will be given priority.

3. Interview and physical examination

It will be conducted by interview, and the interview time and location will be notified separately. After passing the interview, a physical examination will be organized.

4. Employment procedures and benefits

The employment system is implemented for personnel, and the Lishui Municipal Medical Disputes People’s Mediation Committee signs employment contracts with the employees. The employment period is three years, one sign is issued every year, and assessments are conducted every year. The trial period is 2 months. Specific treatment is negotiable.
