Stainless steel brazing

Our factory adopts vacuum furnace brazing, and the brazing materials are BNi-2 (nickel-based solder) and T2 (copper solder). No flux is used,

The oil cooler uses T2 solder, while the intercooler uses nickel-based solder. It depends on what product you are.

3 16L is a kind of stainless steel containing molybdenum. Because the steel contains molybdenum, its overall performance is better than that of 3 10 and 304 stainless steel. At high temperature, when the concentration of sulfuric acid is lower than 15% and higher than 85%, 3 16L stainless steel is widely used. 3 16L stainless steel also has good chloride corrosion performance, so it is usually used in marine environment. The maximum carbon content of 3 16L stainless steel is 0.03, which can be used in applications where annealing after welding is not possible and maximum corrosion resistance is required. It also has oxidation resistance, heat resistance and excellent welding performance.

Its cost is very high.

The brazing method is as follows: the brazing flux used for Bni-2 solder has been included in the solder, and its brazing temperature is1100-1150 degrees Celsius.

What specific issues can be discussed in private, and the internal secrets involved will not be mentioned here.
