Wenzhou Minimum Wage Standard 2023:

Lucheng District, Longwan District, ouhai district, Dongtou District, Oujiangkou Industrial Cluster and South Zhejiang Industrial Cluster 1, 2280 yuan/month, and the minimum hourly wage for part-time employees is 22 yuan/hour;

2. Yueqing City and Ruian City in Wenzhou City are 2070 yuan/month, and the minimum hourly wage for part-time work is 20 yuan/hour;

3. Yongjia County, wencheng county County, Pingyang County, Taishun County, Cangnan County and Longgang City in Wenzhou City are 1840 yuan/month; Part-time minimum hourly wage is 18 yuan.

The following items are not part of the minimum wage standard, and the employer shall pay separately according to the regulations:

1, overtime pay;

2. Allowances under special working environments and conditions such as middle shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, toxic and harmful;

3. Housing provident fund paid by employees according to the lower limit;

4. Employee benefits stipulated by laws, regulations and the state.

Shanxi province minimum wage standard:

Article 12 of the Minimum Wage Ordinance

Under the condition that the laborer provides normal labor, the wages that the employer should pay to the laborer shall not be lower than the local minimum wage after deducting the following items:

(1) Extending working hours and wages;

(2) allowances under special working environments and conditions such as middle shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, toxic and harmful;

(3) Employees' welfare as stipulated by laws, regulations and the state, etc.

The employing units that implement the wage forms such as piecework wage or royalty wage shall not pay workers wages lower than the corresponding minimum wage standard on the basis of scientific and reasonable labor quota.

If the laborer fails to provide normal labor within the statutory working hours or the working hours stipulated in the labor contract signed according to law due to his own reasons, the provisions of this article shall not apply.
