In order to keep the diameter of the bottle body unchanged, the bottom bottle blank is generally not heated, and at the same time, it is cooled through the dispersion tube in the water cooler because it is in a high temperature environment. The temperature from the middle of the bottle blank to the bottom of the bottle is controlled at a constant temperature. Because the hot air evaporates upward, the temperature at the bottom of the bottle is relatively low, otherwise it is easy to cause the bottom of the bottle to be too thin and cause the bottom of the bottle to rupture.

Step 3 blow into the bottle

The heated bottle blank enters the mold clamping device to blow the bottle. The hot bottle blank enters the mold clamping device and the bottle blank is sealed. The bottle blank is stretched upward by the pre-blowing gas and the stretching rod at the bottom. Pre-blowing the gas to a certain extent, blowing low pressure and high pressure at the same time, so that the bottle can be formed at one time in a very short time and the bottle blowing is completed. A cold dryer is usually installed before pre-blowing gas. The gas passes through the filter to filter the moisture in the air and the oil for lubricating the equipment. The gas is clean, and the molded bottle has no oily smell. In addition, in the mold clamping device, in order to increase the heat of the mold and the temperature in the mold, it will affect both the bottle and the equipment. The water cooler will quickly reduce the temperature of the mold and ensure the quality and output of the bottle.

4. Recover excess gas.

After the high and low pressure gas in the blowing bottle is blown once, the gas discharge causes energy waste and increases energy consumption. By installing a gas recovery device, the pre-blown gas and blowing gas enter the gas storage tank through the one-way valve, which can save 25% energy consumption.
