(1) The main professional and technical personnel of the unit shall be no less than 6, 6, 3 and 10 respectively; Among them, there shall be at least two first-class registered architects and first-class registered structural engineers, including registered protective architects 1 person, registered protective structural engineers 1 person, registered protective public equipment (HVAC, chemical protection) engineers 1 person, registered protective public equipment (water supply and drainage) engineers 1 person, and registered protective electricity. Before the implementation of the management of registered protection engineers, there shall be no less than 3 senior protection engineers, no less than 1 person for senior communication engineers and no less than 1 person for professional engineers engaged in chemical protection, isolation and electromagnetic pulse.
