The list of second-level construction engineers in Fujian Province reported to the Department of Transportation and the Department of Water Resources in 2012 (33 people including Huang Gengming)

According to the "Fujian Province Registered Construction Engineer Registration Implementation Measures" (Min Construction [2007] No. 28), after review, 206 people including Fang Jinju met the initial registration conditions for second-level construction engineers (see Appendix 1 for the list) , Zhang Hongqiu and other 32 people met the additional registration conditions for second-level construction engineers (see attachment 2 for the list), 11 people including Ye Min met the re-registration conditions for second-level construction engineers (see attachment 3 for the list), and 7 people including Wei Wenzeng did not meet the second-level construction engineer registration requirements. The registration requirements for grade-level construction engineers (see Appendix 4 for the list) are now announced, and the deadline for announcement is May 13, 2012.

1. For applicants who do not meet the registration requirements for second-level construction engineers, those who have objections can provide written statements during the publicity period; the statement materials must be confirmed by the unit where they work and stamped, and then submitted uniformly. Send the application to the Government Service Center of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. Overdue applications will not be accepted.

2. If any unit or individual has objections to applicants who meet the registration requirements for second-level construction engineers, they may submit a written request to the Construction Industry Division of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development or the Government Service Center during the publicity period. When reporting a situation or making a report, the official seal of the unit should be affixed if the report is made in the name of the unit, and the real name and contact number should be signed if the report is made in the name of an individual. The content of the report or report should be factual.

3. According to relevant regulations, if it involves applying for the professional registration of second-level registered construction engineers in highways, water conservancy and hydropower (see attachment 5 for the list), the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development will forward the relevant materials to the relevant professional departments and bureaus Approval after review.

4. After the registration information that does not meet the registration conditions is returned to the enterprise version, the applicant can re-apply for registration after meeting the conditions. The registration materials should be submitted to window 4 of the Government Service Center of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
