Chongqing Hechuan Dashi Middle School was founded in 1957. It was originally named "Hechuan Lize Junior Middle School". The school is located on the Huafasi Mountain in Huangpo Village, Lize. It was moved to the current school site in 1987 and completed in 2013. It was established as a key middle school in Chongqing.
