Established on March 28th, 2003, the Development Zone Management Committee is an agency of Jinhua Municipal Government and a county-level unit. It governs Tangxi, Luobu and Yangbu, with an area of 1, 7 1 km2 and a population of 65,438+10,000. The development zone is an important part of Jinhua's "one center, two wings and two triangles" urban development, and it is also the main industrial base of Jinhua city at this level. The regulatory detailed planning of Jinxi Economic Development Zone is 57.88 square kilometers, the initial planning is 6 square kilometers for the start-up block and 4 square kilometers for the north area. Convenient transportation. Zhejiang-jiangxi railway passes through the border (Tangxi Station), and Hangjinqu Expressway (interchange), Provincial Highway 46 and County Road crisscross. It is 3 hours' drive from Shanghai International Airport, 90 minutes' drive from Hangzhou International Airport, 45 minutes' drive from Yiwu Airport and 3 hours' drive from Ningbo Port. The expansion project from Hong Bin Road to Jinxi Development Zone in Jinhua City has been completed. It takes only 15~20 minutes to get from the development zone management Committee to Jinhua city. The planned Jinhua City Ring Road is connected with Jinliwen Expressway, and an interchange is set up 2 kilometers east of Tangxi Town. Upon completion, there will be 18 ~ 20 lanes between Jinxi and Jinhua. Especially, it is only 15 minutes away from Wucheng New District, which has the same city effect in the construction of urban public facilities.

Jinhua is located in the Yangtze River Delta economic circle with the most active economic strength in China. With the unique advantages of convenient transportation, vast market hinterland and good logistics foundation, Jinhua has become a natural logistics port recognized by the industry and the core area of five cities in East China.

With the clear planning of emerging industrial platform in Zhejiang Province, Jinxi Economic Development Zone is listed as one of the core blocks of Jinhua emerging industrial cluster, and its development advantages and prospects are further improved. The investment environment of Jinxi Development Zone has been further improved by supporting the east, supporting the north and upgrading the start-up area.
