Enterprise history of New Northeast Electric (Shenyang) High Voltage Switch Co., Ltd.

New Northeast Electric (Shenyang) High-voltage Switch Co., Ltd. was established in 1937, which is an enterprise with a history of 70 years. It is one of the important bases for R&D and China high-voltage switchgear manufacturing.

Since the mid-1980s, the first set of 550kV GIS products in China was successfully developed at 199 1, which filled the domestic gap. 1999 The domestic ZF 15-550(L)/Y4000-63 sulfur hexafluoride enclosed combined electrical appliance introduced and digested by ABB Company of Switzerland is a major national technical equipment development project undertaken by the company during the Tenth Five-Year Plan period, and has been successfully put into operation in the Three Gorges Left Bank Power Plant, Sanguang DC Jingzhou Converter Station and Fujian Kemen Power Plant, marking a deep high company. In recent years, there have been new developments and breakthroughs. In cooperation with South Korea's Hyosung Company, Hitachi 800KV( 1 100kV)GIS manufacturing technology was introduced to provide some GIS for the first northwest demonstration project of 750kV power transmission and transformation lines in China. At the same time, the development of a million-volt switch was accelerated, and all the design work of 1 100kV tank circuit breaker was completed. And in the independent research and development of new products, declared three national patents.

In 2003, the company passed the ISO 900 1: 1994 and ISO900 1:2000 quality management system certification in 1996 and the Dutch KEMA product testing certification for some products. The company has the qualification of pressure vessel design and manufacture, ABB 500KV GIS product production qualification, national second-class enterprise qualification and national perfect measurement and testing system. Our products have won more than 40 national quality gold medals, provincial and municipal quality awards and provincial and municipal famous brand product awards. After application, eight kinds of products, such as ZF 15-550kV GIS and so on 18, successfully passed the certification of Electric Energy (Beijing) Product Certification Center Co., Ltd. in July 2006, and obtained the product certification certificate. Among them, gas insulated switchgear (GIS) of 72.5kV and above was comprehensively evaluated by the professional committee of China Famous Brand Strategy Promotion Committee in August 2006, and was selected as a famous brand product in China in 2006 after deliberation and approval by the whole committee.

Years of continuous development and multi-stage technical transformation have made great progress in technology, production, technology and management. During the newly planned 11th Five-Year Plan period, the company will implement the strategic policy of rejuvenating enterprises through science and education, intensify independent research and development, speed up the localization process of imported technology, actively carry out re-innovation after digestion and absorption of imported technology, complete major adjustment of product structure, and consolidate and develop the company's leading position in R&D and high-voltage switchgear.
