MCC CCID helps Yongyang Special Steel to build the first heavy rail production line in China.

10 June 16 morning, the completion ceremony of the light rail line and the commencement ceremony of the heavy rail line of Yongyang Special Steel were held in Yongyang Special Steel Industrial Park. The activity invited the construction units related to light rail and heavy rail and the leaders of Yongnian District to participate. Du Xiaofang, General Manager of Yongyang Special Steel, delivered a speech, and Du Qingshen, Chairman of the Board, announced the commencement of the project. Xiao Peng, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and General Manager of MCC CCID Group, was invited to attend and deliver a speech.

In his speech, Xiao Peng congratulated Yongyang Special Steel Light Rail Line on putting into production as scheduled and the heavy rail line started smoothly. He said that MCC CCID will give full play to its leading edge in serving steel engineering for more than 60 years and help Yongyang Special Steel to develop with high quality. In the subsequent construction process, MCC CCID will do a good job with a high sense of responsibility and mission, ensure the early completion of the heavy rail line of Yongte Steel, and strive to build the most competitive rail production line in China with the highest degree of intelligence, the best product quality and the lowest operating cost.

On September 4th this year, MCC CCID was responsible for the core rolling mill technology, equipment and control technology, and the first domestic light rail universal continuous rolling production line was completed and put into operation in Yongyang Special Steel, and has achieved stable production. Two BDCD cogging mills and seven UMCD universal mills with completely independent intellectual property rights of MCC CCID are adopted in the light rail rolling line, which has achieved a breakthrough in the independence of closed arch-shaped steel universal mills and broken the situation that similar core technologies and equipment technologies have long been dependent on imports.

Universal continuous rolling production line

In June this year, MCC CCID won the bid for the heavy rail line project of Yongyang Special Steel. The project adopts core technologies and equipment such as new cogging mill, three-stand reversible universal mill, portal straightener and vertical straightener, which is the first heavy rail production line in China, and will break the situation that the core equipment of heavy rail production line has been dependent on imports for a long time and further enhance the influence of MCC CCID in the field of universal mill.
