The minimum wage standard is applicable to enterprises, individual economic organizations, private non-enterprises and other organizations within the jurisdiction of Chongqing, state organs, institutions and social organizations where workers establish labor relations, cooperative organizations and foundations such as accounting firms and law firms established according to law, and workers who establish labor relations.

The minimum wage refers to the minimum amount of labor remuneration that workers should receive for providing normal labor within the legal working hours, excluding
