Although the supermarket area is small, it has a large flow of people and a high unit price.

120 Xiao Ju, 88 hydrangeas, 144 yuan, 3 double lilies, and 18 yuan, a rose, all without bargaining, so I bought them readily.

I used to sell 5 yuan's small chrysanthemum, 20 yuan's hydrangea, 13 yuan's lily, and 3-8 yuan's roses. Occasionally, I did activities at a discount, but I didn't sell much.

Let's just say the customer base is too high.

Ah, the warehouse

A few days ago, I was given a new identity: the national treasury.

After counting the goods in the shop,

I feel that the previous classification is a bit vague and not very good.

There is also a classification of potted plants under the general classification of flowerpots.

There is also a big classification of flower shop items, such as logo stickers, gardening tools, reimbursement forms and so on.

So I reclassified it and it was much more refreshing.

It is classified into flowers, green plants, floral materials, gardening materials, vases, flowerpots, flower boxes, fixed materials, office supplies, eternal flowers, artificial flowers and single item collections.

There is also the placement of goods in the warehouse, and there is no division.

After sorting out the warehouse once, I realized why the boss of my first company spent so much money to study 5s management in Japan.

At present, at my level, I can only do classified placement, which is faster to find things.

The inventory management of flower shops is very important. First, it can not only improve work efficiency, but also make goods enter and leave the warehouse faster. Second, after a clear understanding of the inventory situation, you can improve the inventory turnover rate. Originally, the flower shop was a light asset strategy model. Don't make it a heavy asset because of too much inventory. After the last account is settled, all the money earned becomes inventory.

Temporary flower experience class

Last Friday, I went into battle temporarily and gave the children a lesson on floral experience.

It's quite interesting to do this kind of flower arrangement for the first time. It feels different, haha.

In the next few days, I took five more flower basket experience classes.

Because the price is relatively low, and the experience class costs less, so I mainly tell the guests about flower arrangement skills, focusing on giving them a happy experience.

Although it seems easy to arrange flowers by yourself, there are still many details to pay attention to when giving lectures to others.

For example, my first class, because it was quite sudden, I didn't prepare lessons and went into battle temporarily. At the beginning, I showed the guests how to fold the paper flower basket, and talked about the flower shape, floral color and the most important flower arrangement skills.

I thought I would be nervous, but it's okay, maybe just facing one or two guests.

My career change experience

Working experience in flower shop

At present, I have experienced three flower shops, all of which have different business models.

The first flower shop focused on the retail of flowers, so I learned a lot of flowers in this flower shop and worked as an intern.

After the training course in July, I immediately found a new flower shop. I am the only florist who has been involved in the preparations for the opening of a flower shop for three months. This flower shop is dominated by green plants, so I learned a lot about green plants and their maintenance. Therefore, I have also compiled more than 40 kinds of knowledge about the maintenance of common green plants in flower shops.

In February, 65438, I changed to a city and went to a flower shop in Changsha, a flower shop for 20 years.

This flower shop has a wedding business, so it has participated in several wedding preparations and one wedding execution.

At present, I finished studying floral hand painting in May, and the fourth position in June was a high-end flower shop with DFA training business, the first DFA authorized examination center in South China.

After entering this industry, I realized that there are too many things to learn! I always blame and escalate. If I don't get promoted, I'll be a gardener and a porter. Dare not call yourself a flower shop, hahaha.

True vernacular: Floriculture does not make money (the salary in this industry is really not high, because only profitable industries can offer high wages), so you should think twice about changing careers.
