Through this practice, we found that the graduated college students are far from qualified enterprise employees. Not to mention the technical gap between theory and reality, or the gap in communication ability, the role change that college students need to carry out alone is already quite large.

Students on campus prefer to explore and understand the essence of things, and they must do something meaningful to be satisfied; Enterprises pay more attention to practice, and once the feasibility and cost-effectiveness are reasonably evaluated, they can take action. In other words, campus thinking likes to be labeled as abstract concepts, while enterprise workers pay more attention to what to do, when to do it, where to do it, and how to achieve the best results. Bottom line: students like to be abstract and concrete, but employees need to be concrete and abstract.

Second, by? Others ask questions? Become? Find your own problems?

As a student, it is normal to wait for the teacher to give questions. Negative coping with exams leads to limited outlook on life. However, after coming to the workplace, we must take a proactive attitude, constantly look for self-breakthrough, constantly look for problems, think about problems, and solve problems in order to grow up and stand out. Bottom line: Students are used to passive response, but employees need to take the initiative to explore.

Third, by? Solved alone? Become? Let's solve it together

When I was a student, everyone was taught to finish homework and take exams independently. However, this is not the case in enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to brainstorm, combine the characteristics of various majors and cooperate together. Students on campus are convinced that as long as they study hard, they can get good grades and get the respect of teachers and students around them. Therefore, students' learning is self-centered. Everyone in the team must play a certain role and must cooperate and support each other in order to produce results. In other words, what we want to pursue is not the maximization of individual interests, but the maximization of collective interests. Bottom line: students are always selfish, but employees need selfless work.

Students with high IQ on campus, regardless of their EQ, always seem to get good grades and get into good universities. However, in enterprises, IQ is important, but people with high EQ can control their emotions, motivate themselves, treat themselves correctly, treat colleagues objectively, adapt to various environments and correctly handle various relationships. Therefore, such talents can better complete the work. Bottom line: Students are used to pure mental work, but employees need all-round development.

So, on the whole, students really need to change from school to work. This social practice has made us familiar with this point: college students are often not mature ideologically, psychologically and academically, but for various reasons, college students often take me as the center and feel good about themselves. I used to think that a graduate (especially a master student) should be able to become a comprehensive staff member after completing his school career for more than 20 years, learning a lot of knowledge and understanding a lot of truth. In particular, students trained by famous schools like Tsinghua should be able to meet various job requirements. However, after understanding, I found that the reputation of Tsinghua graduates is not as good as we thought:

At the first China IT Dean's Forum held in June last year, many business representatives attending the meeting generally thought that? Therefore, they have no successful examples;

At the annual job fair, some units also reported that graduates from famous universities often pay more attention to personal treatment and working conditions than graduates from ordinary colleges, but they are unwilling to do more for the unit and the collective. They often choose to leave immediately to satisfy their personal wishes.

These examples confirm that there is a big or small gap between college graduates, even those from famous universities, and qualified employees. However, attention to these shortcomings is often minimal on campus. Therefore, this practice tells us that as college students, we should not only pay attention to the education of knowledge and skills, but also vigorously strengthen the education of psychological quality and moral quality, so that we can have a high sense of professionalism and responsibility, as well as perseverance and perseverance, so as to truly become individuals who make a difference and make contributions to society.

Two hours of internship in a pharmaceutical factory passed quickly. Pack things, eat Chinese food in class, visit the company, hold a new employee meeting, and everything goes step by step. The heat is unbearable and the company's conditions are simple. In our eyes, there are only three words: cheat. On the third day, some people left and chose other pharmaceutical companies. Some people left one after another, which was very unpleasant.

Yes, affection is medicine. It's not bad. We support each other, help each other and work slowly, and we find it is actually quite good here. Go to work on time every day and start to invest. I've been practicing for months and I've been working hard. I feel that my brain is almost funny, with limited funds and limited time.

Life is so dull, it has been half a year in a blink of an eye, and I can't tell my feelings. When I first arrived at the company, I was at a loss. Do you want to stay in the workshop of a pharmaceutical factory all your life? Is the dream that I promised to realize buried because of this? No, all I have to do is move on. I like to see different suns every day. If I know what the future looks like, I don't want to do it.

What I want to do is to keep learning in practice, keep exploring and summarizing, find out my shortcomings and deficiencies in my work, and find out ways to solve problems, improve my innovation ability in my work, do more things, read more and talk less. Now I feel the future is suddenly clear, yes! What you want to see is not the process of hard work. Only when you have tasted hardships will you taste the joy of victory.
