Is HR the final boss in recruitment interviews?

This depends on the interview process of each company. Not all companies have the same interview process. Some companies have an initial interview with HR, a re-examination with department heads, and finally a final interview with the HR director. In some companies, department leaders conduct the first interview, and then HR or HR leaders re-examine, and finally decide the results. Some more important positions will require company executives or bosses to participate in interviews. The HR interview is after the business department heads complete their respective interviews. The order of the interview process means that the result of the HR interview determines the final, most critical vote to some extent.
