Anhui Guiyan Plan Conditions

Teachers participating in the program have requirements in terms of knowledge, academic qualifications, character and age.

The specific requirements are as follows: 1. Regular teachers who have been uniformly recruited and on the job. 2. Male teachers should be no more than 40 years old (born after January 1, XXXX), and female teachers should be no more than 35 years old (born after January 1, XXXX). 3. The first academic qualification of high school teachers is a full-time undergraduate degree or above, the first academic qualification of junior high school and primary school teachers is a full-time junior college degree or above, and the first academic qualification of kindergarten teachers is a full-time technical secondary school degree or above. 4. Have a teacher qualification certificate for the corresponding school stage. 5. Excellent teachers with good health and good conduct. 6. Voluntarily accept work arrangements and job adjustments.

People who have the following circumstances are not allowed to participate: 1. Teachers who have been rated as basically competent or incompetent in the annual teacher evaluation in the past three years. 2. Those suspected of illegal crimes are under investigation or party and government disciplinary sanctions have not yet been lifted.
