Scope of recruitment of fresh graduates by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in 2023

(1) Fresh graduates in 2023 (excluding commissioned trainees, orientation students, and military academy graduates), who comply with Beijing’s settlement policy, are non-employed while in school, and can graduate as scheduled and obtain Academic degree certificate corresponding to the highest academic qualification.

(2) Personnel who have returned from studying abroad (overseas) and postdoctoral fellows who have Beijing household registration or are in compliance with the policy of settling in Beijing and have not yet completed employment (dispatch) procedures. Among them, those who have returned from studying abroad must provide relevant certification materials that can identify the identity and experience of the overseas students. The time of return to China shall not exceed two years. The specific conditions are subject to the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Education on the application of returnees from studying abroad to settle in Beijing; those who have returned from studying abroad without Beijing household registration must Obtain a master's degree or above abroad. Those who are currently studying abroad (overseas) and postdoctoral personnel working at the station can apply as mentioned above, but they should submit relevant materials that meet the conditions for acceptance procedures before the end of October 2023, otherwise the recruiting unit may cancel their employment qualifications.

(3) Students from within Beijing and students from outside Beijing refer to domestic graduates in 2023, excluding those who have returned from studying abroad and postdoctoral fellows. Among them, students from Beijing refer to candidates with permanent residence in Beijing before admission, excluding collective residence in Beijing universities.

Those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply: those who have received criminal punishment, party discipline and government sanctions, have been expelled from the party or public offices, have been subject to probation or above while receiving higher education, and are classified as Those who are targeted for joint punishment for breach of trust and who are found to have committed fraud or other serious violations of recruitment disciplines in national statutory examinations, civil servants at all levels and public institutions' recruitment examinations are not allowed to register.
