Ningde Municipal Government established 5 state-owned enterprises. According to relevant public information inquiries, the invested companies include 5 companies including Municipal State Investment Corporation, Communications Investment Group, Urban Construction Group, Sandu Aoxin District Company, Municipal Tourism Development Group, and another listed company that directly supervises and guides, namely Mindong Electric Power company. Ningde Communications Investment Electronic Information Co., Ltd. is a secondary subsidiary of Ningde Communications Investment Group Co., Ltd., a municipal state-owned enterprise. Municipal Communications Investment Electronic Information Company obtained the National High-tech Enterprise Certificate and became the first state-owned enterprise in our city to obtain this certificate. Passing the national high-tech enterprise certification signifies that the company has reached a certain level in terms of patented technology, successful cases, corporate internal control, R&D investment, etc., and meets the rigid index requirements of relevant national and provincial departments, and has officially entered the ranks of national high-tech enterprises.
