If Party A changes the construction content or materials, the additional material costs will be calculated on an actual basis.

Article 2 Agreement on the responsibilities of both parties
1. Party A's responsibilities:
(1) Party A shall make an on-site explanation to Party B one day before the start of construction. Provide Party B with necessary conditions such as water and electricity required for construction, and explain the precautions for use.
(2) Coordinate the temporary use of public parts during construction and the impact on neighborhood relations.
(3) If it is really necessary to dismantle or modify the original building structure or design pipelines, you are responsible for going to the local housing management department or property management department to go through the corresponding approval procedures and bear the relevant costs.
(4) Provide self-purchased materials on time according to the needs provided by Party B.
2. Party B's responsibilities:
(1) Participate in the on-site presentation of the construction design plan organized by Party A, and be responsible for communicating Party A's design plan and construction results to specific construction personnel.
(2) Party B shall fully assume the management and construction responsibilities of the person in charge of the construction engineering team during the decoration period, and shall be responsible for the quality, construction period and construction site safety of this decoration project.
Party B is fully responsible for liaison with Party A, ensuring the quality of materials provided, raising material requirements to Party A, and on-site management of decoration construction quality and construction personnel.
(3) The person in charge of Party B is responsible for organizing the decoration personnel to participate in the decoration project defined in this contract, and is responsible for the personal safety of the construction personnel. During the construction of a single project, Party B is not allowed to change construction personnel without Party A's permission; replacement of construction personnel approved by Party A must be done under the premise of ensuring construction quality; if Party A has doubts about the construction level of Party B's decoration personnel, Party B shall replace it unconditionally.
Article 3 Agreement on Material Supply
1. Materials provided by Party A: (See Appendix 3 "List of Materials Purchased by Party A").
Party A is responsible for purchasing and supplying materials and equipment, which should meet the design requirements and be delivered to the site on time. Party A and Party B should handle the handover procedures. If Party B discovers quality problems or specification differences in the materials and equipment provided by Party A, it should promptly report them to Party A. Party A still expresses its intention to use them, and Party A will bear the responsibility for any resulting project losses and delays. After the materials supplied by Party A arrive at the site on time and are accepted by both parties, Party B will be responsible for keeping and organizing the construction. Party B will be responsible for compensation for material losses caused by improper storage or improper construction techniques.
2. The decorative materials and equipment purchased and supplied by Party A shall be used for residential decoration as stipulated in this contract. Party B shall not misappropriate them for other purposes without the consent of Party A. If Party B violates this provision, Party A shall be compensated double the price of the misappropriated materials and equipment.
3. Party B shall provide construction tools and tools; materials provided by Party B: (See Appendix 2 "Contracting Materials Quotation").
Party B shall supply materials and equipment in strict accordance with the brands, specifications, models and other contents and design and construction requirements specified in Appendix 2 "Contracting Materials Quotation"; materials without specified brands shall meet national and industry regulations. 5. In order to ensure the normal progress of the project, Party B must submit to Party A in writing at least one week in advance a list of materials to be purchased for the next process
so that Party A can purchase them on the weekend. Material. Party A shall provide Party B with the materials required on time. Article 4 Agreement on Project Quality and Acceptance
1. This project implements DBJ08-62-97 "Technical Regulations for Residential Building Decoration Engineering", DB31/T30-1999 "Acceptance Standards for Residential Decoration and Decoration" and other local standards and quality assessment acceptance standards formulated by the municipal construction administrative department.
2. Party A provides the design and construction plan for this project. Party B is responsible for carrying out construction in accordance with relevant industry regulations and with reference to the construction technology agreed in Appendix 6 "Construction Technology List".
3. Regarding the construction technology, both parties have made the following additional agreements:

If any property damage to surrounding neighbors is caused by construction quality problems during the construction period and warranty period of this construction site, Party B will be responsible for repairs and compensation;

7. If some processes are installed free of charge by Party A's material supplier or Party A arranges for installation by other units, Party A shall arrange the time in advance and notify Party B. Party B shall cooperate and avoid delays in the overall construction period.
8. Project acceptance: Party A and Party B shall handle the inspection and acceptance procedures for concealed projects and intermediate projects in a timely manner. At each node of the project, Party B shall notify Party A two days in advance for acceptance. Party B shall not proceed with the next phase of project construction without Party A's written confirmation in Appendix 4 "Project Quality Acceptance Form". (Refer to Shanghai local standard DB31/T30-1999 "Residential Decoration Acceptance Standard" and Appendix 6 "Construction Technology List"). If Party A cannot organize acceptance within the specified time, Party B must be notified promptly and another date for acceptance shall be set. If the completion acceptance is passed, Party A shall recognize the original completion date.
9. Completion of the project: Party B shall notify Party A for acceptance two days in advance. Party A shall organize acceptance within three days of receiving the notice and complete the acceptance confirmation procedures in writing (see Appendix 4 "Project Quality Acceptance Form"). If Party A cannot organize acceptance within the specified time, Party B must be notified promptly and another date for acceptance shall be set. If the completion acceptance is passed, Party A shall recognize the original completion date.
10. The project warranty period is one year, starting from the date of completion acceptance confirmation. During the warranty period, if there are quality problems caused by improper construction by Party B and unqualified materials provided by Party B, Party B will unconditionally carry out repairs and bear the corresponding material costs. If any loss is caused to Party A due to the above reasons, Party B shall bear the corresponding liability for compensation; if the damage is caused by improper use by Party A during the warranty period until it cannot be used normally, Party B may charge as appropriate. After the warranty period ends, Party B is responsible for providing long-term maintenance services to Party A until Party A resumes the renovation project of the house.
Article 5 Agreement on production safety and fire prevention
1. The construction requirements provided by Party A should be negotiated with Party B. The construction site should meet the requirements for fire prevention and accident prevention, including that electrical lines, gas pipelines, tap water and other pipelines are smooth and qualified. Party B shall take necessary safety protection and fire-fighting measures during construction to ensure the safety of workers and adjacent residents, comply with the decoration guidelines of the property management department (see Appendix 1), and prevent pipes in adjacent residents’ houses from being blocked, water leakage, Accidents such as power outages and damaged items occur. If the above situation occurs, if it is Party A's responsibility, Party A will be responsible for repairs and compensation; if it is Party B's responsibility, Party B will be responsible for repairs and compensation.
2. If the construction involves changing the structure of the house, demolishing or modifying load-bearing walls, or increasing the load on the floor (ground), Party A will negotiate with the property management department, and construction will be carried out after confirmation.
3. Party B should pay attention to the safety of gas use, ensure the safety of climbing construction and other safety guarantees, and remind construction workers to pay attention to safety. The responsibility for any accidents lies entirely with Party B.
Article 6 Agreement on Project Price and Settlement

Article 7 Liability for breach of contract
1. If the construction is overdue due to Party A's reasons, Party A will pay Party B 50 yuan in liquidated damages for each overdue day after 15 days of overdue delay. If Party A fails to pay according to the time agreed in the agreement, interest will be paid to Party B on the overdue portion during the overdue period at the current bank deposit interest rate for the same period.
2. If the construction is overdue due to Party B's reasons, Party B shall pay Party A 50 yuan in liquidated damages for each overdue day after 15 days of overdue delay.
3. Party A fails to complete the relevant procedures and forces Party B to dismantle and modify the original building load-bearing structure and service equipment and pipelines. Party A will be responsible and liable for any resulting losses or accidents (including fines).
4. If Party B dismantles or modifies the original building load-bearing structure or service equipment and pipelines without authorization, Party B shall be responsible and liable for any losses or accidents (including fines) caused thereby.
5. If the project has not gone through the acceptance and settlement procedures, and Party A uses the project in advance or uses the project without authorization, Party A will be responsible for the failure of acceptance and losses.
6. If the key nodes of the project are not accepted for acceptance, Party B will proceed with the next phase of project construction in advance. Party B will be responsible for any losses caused thereby.
7. If Party B fails to supply materials and equipment in accordance with the brand, specifications, models and other content and design and construction requirements specified in Appendix 2 "Contracting Materials Quotation", Party B shall compensate Party A double the price of the counterfeit and shoddy materials; if Party A is therefore If any losses are caused, Party B shall bear all liability for compensation.
8. If during the construction process, engineering and material quality problems arise, as well as various responsibilities that should be borne by the construction engineering team, Party A will only hold Party B accountable for compensation.
Article 8 Dispute Resolution Methods
When a dispute arises between the two parties due to project quality, both parties should try their best to negotiate. Or if negotiation fails, you can apply for arbitration to the Shanghai Arbitration Commission or file a lawsuit with the People's Court in accordance with this agreement
Article 9 Modification and termination of the agreement
1. After the agreement is signed by both parties and becomes effective, both parties must strictly abide by it. If any party needs to change the content of the agreement, it should sign a new supplementary clause after reaching consensus through consultation.
2. If any party proposes to terminate the agreement during the construction process, it must submit it in writing to the other party, and both parties must agree to go through the liquidation procedures, enter into a termination agreement, and terminate this agreement.
3. If there are quality problems in Party B's construction, Party A may unconditionally terminate the agreement without Party B's approval.
Article 10 Supplementary Provisions
1. Before the start of the project, Party A shall hand over the key to the exterior door of the house to the person in charge of Party B's construction team for safekeeping. When the project is completed and accepted, Party A is responsible for providing _1_ set of new locks, and Party B is responsible for installing and delivering them for use on the spot.
2. After signing this agreement, the project shall not be subcontracted.
